If it is a match for both sides, you receive your employment contract promptly and start with a structured induction at your site.

Security officers must hold the § 34a GewO certificate of competence, a clean police clearance certificate and pass the reliability check via the German guard register. Cleaning and winter service positions do not require the certificate. If you want to move into security later on, we support your qualification.

That depends on the position and the site. In cleaning you work early or late shifts depending on the site, full-time or part-time. Security includes shift, weekend and night duty. Winter service runs as on-call duty during the season from November to March. In every area: fixed sites, predictable shifts and supplements for night, Sunday and public-holiday work.

We are currently hiring in the Rhein-Sieg district – mainly in Troisdorf, Siegburg, Sankt Augustin and the surrounding area. You are assigned to fixed sites near you to keep commutes short. Our branch is located in Troisdorf.

In line with the collective agreement, on time and with supplements for night, Sunday and public-holiday work. The exact pay depends on area, qualification and assignment – we discuss it openly in the interview. Workwear and equipment are provided.
