Three divisions, one partner
Since 2014 MOGROUP has served companies, property owners, property managers and public-sector clients. Our services fall into three divisions: Security with property protection, industrial security, reception and mobile patrol, event security and further security services; Cleaning with routine, office, window, industrial, post-construction and specialist cleaning; and Multiple Services with caretaker service, grounds maintenance, winter services and qualified service staff for industry, logistics and hospitality.
The difference lies in how they work together: many properties need several of these services – the head office needs cleaning and reception, the logistics site industrial security and winter services, the residential complex a caretaker and grounds maintenance. At MOGROUP they come from one company, with one contract, one contact person and coordinated call-outs. That reduces coordination effort and creates clear responsibility.
Quality is a process, not a promise: our security and cleaning divisions operate an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, security additionally to DIN 77200 – both audited by DEKRA. We are members of the German Federal Association of the Security Industry (BDSW) and the Bundesinnungsverband Die Gebäudedienstleister, and as a recognised IHK training company we train our own staff.
From our locations in Berlin and Troisdorf we look after properties in the Rhein-Sieg district, Cologne and Bonn, the Berlin capital region and nationwide – for single properties as well as clients with many sites. Our references include companies such as Porsche, Telekom, dm, STRABAG, Sodexo, OBI and Volkswagen.

What services does MOGROUP offer?

Can I combine several services?
Yes – that is the core of what we offer. Security, cleaning, caretaker service, grounds maintenance and winter services come from one company. You get one contract, one contact person and coordinated call-outs – instead of several providers who have to coordinate with each other.
Which clients and properties do you work for?
Companies in industry, retail, logistics, telecommunications and construction, property owners and property managers, hotels and hospitality, and public-sector clients. Properties range from office buildings and production sites to residential complexes, construction sites, events and public facilities.
Which regions do you operate in?
Our locations are in Berlin and Troisdorf. From there we serve the Rhein-Sieg district, Cologne and Bonn as well as the Berlin capital region – and nationwide clients with several sites who want a single provider.
How is the quality of your services assured?
Our security and cleaning divisions operate an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, security additionally to DIN 77200, the key German standard for security service providers. Both are audited regularly by DEKRA. Added to that are trained teams, fixed contact persons and documented call-outs.
Are your security staff qualified?
Our security staff hold the qualification required under Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) and are selected, trained and deployed in line with DIN 77200. Which qualification an assignment requires – for example the expert examination for certain activities – is clarified during planning.
How quickly can you start?
That depends on the service and scope. Ongoing services such as cleaning or caretaker service start after a joint survey of the property and agreement of the service specification; short-notice assignments – such as event security, construction site security or service staff for order peaks – are arranged directly with you. How does a quote work?
You describe your property and requirements – by phone or via the contact form. Together we record areas, tasks, times and intervals, turn them into an individual service specification and provide a transparent quote. For ongoing care as well as one-off assignments.
