What does grounds maintenance include?

When may hedges be cut?
Under the German Federal Nature Conservation Act, severe cutting back of hedges and woody plants is prohibited from 1 March to 30 September; gentle shaping and maintenance cuts remain permitted. We schedule hedge and shrub care by plant species and permitted period, with bird protection in mind.
Do you maintain outdoor areas at several sites?
Yes. For companies and property managers with several properties we provide grounds maintenance with a uniform scope and fixed intervals – in the Rhein-Sieg district, Cologne, Bonn and Berlin as well as nationwide.
Is grounds maintenance billed as a one-off or on an ongoing basis?
Both are possible. For ongoing care we agree a maintenance plan with fixed intervals over the season; one-off assignments – such as leaf removal in autumn or a thorough tidy-up before an event – are quoted separately.
